Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
2lbs Ground beef
1 ea onion, diced
1 ea green pepper, chopped
2 pkt Williams Chili mix
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes w/garlic
1 can kidney beans
1 can fire roasted green chilies
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a chili pot, brown beef, drain and rinse. In same pot cook onion and green pepper in olive oil till tender, add beef, seasoning mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to a low boil, reduce heat and simmer one hour. Stir in green chilies before serving.
