Ingredients
1# basa fillets
1/4 c. fresh squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. red chili garlic paste
1 tbsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper
Preparation
Combine ingredients and whisk. Place fillets in glass oven safe dish, pour marinade over for 6 - 8 h, turning halfway through. Preheat oven to 350F. Drain marinade, and top fillets with remaining. Bake 15 -20 min.
