Ingredients

8 slices bacon, fried crisp

2 onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 6 oz. can chopped green chills

2 as oz. cans hot Jalepeno sauce

1 12 oz. cans Rotel

1 pound grated cheddar cheese

2 pounds grated Velveeta cheese

2 pounds grated Monterrey Jack cheese

Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in bacon grease. Slowly heat cheese in double boiler. Add other ingredients to cheese.
