Ingredients

1/2 Medium Onion

5 Cayane peppers

1 Pound Ground Beef

1tsp Cumin Powder

1/2tsp Salt

2tsp Horse Radish

3oz (by Weight) tomato paste

12oz Lager

one can kidney beens

Preparation

Fry peepers and onion in oil Add Beef, salt, cumin powder and horse radish. Cook beef till brown then add tomato paste, beer and kidney beens. Stir together and let simmer for 30min serve with shreded cheese.
