Ingredients

3/4 lb cheddar cheese grated

1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese softened

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Chili powder to roll cheese logs in

Preparation

With electric mixer, thoroughly combine cheddar cheese and cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire. Shape into 2 thin logs. On waxed paper, sprinkle with chili powder and roll each log until thoroughly coated. Wrap logs in foil or waxed paper and refrigerate for 3-4 days to ripen.
