Ingredients

1 tsp garlic chili paste

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1/4 Cup dry sherry

Salt & pepper

3 Tbsp peanut or veg oil

1 leek including tops

2 carrots - cut into thin strips

1/2 red bell pepper -thin strips

1 head green cabbage - shredded

Preparation

Stir chili paste, soy, sherry, salt and pepp - set aside

Heat oil in fry pan or wok to med

Add leek & slightly soften - 2 min Add carrots & bell pepp & soften - 3 min Add cabbage and let wilt - 3 min

Add chili paste to above mixture and cook on high heat for 1 min

Serve
