Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon light brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6-8 ears fresh corn, husked
Preparation
Preheat grill.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients but corn.
Brush corn lightly with mixture; grill, turning occasionally, until some kernels have turned golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove corn and brush with remaining chili butter. (This is also good on grilled chicken kabobs.)
