Ingredients

3T Olive Oil

1 Onion Sliced

1 Yellow Pepper sliced

1 Orange Pepper sliced

1 Red Pepper sliced

4 garlic cloves chopped

1t Jalapeno

1C White Wine

1C Clam Juice

1 28oz can whole tomatos

1 Bay Leaf

1 Lime Juiced plus 2 Limes quartered

2lbs sea bass cut into 2in cubes

1lb shrimp

1C cilantro leaves

4 Scallions

Corn Tortillas warm

Preparation

  1. In a dutch oven Cook onions until browned. Add bell peppers. Add garlic, jalapeno, wine, clam juice, tomatos, bay leaf, lime juice. Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.

  2. Add sea bass, and shrimp. Remove from heat. Discard bay leaf add cilantro and scallions. Serve w/Lime wedges.
