Ingredients

1 clove Garlic

1/4 teaspon salt, pepper

2 ea tablespoons olive oil & red wine vinegar

6 green onions, finely chopped

1 or 2 seeded and chopped jalapeno or serrano chilies

1 cup cilantro leaves

1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Mash garlic, salt & pepper, wish in oil and vinegar until emulsified.
  2. Place onions, peppers, cilantro & water in blender & pulsed until minced. Add oil mixture and let stand for 2 hrs
