Ingredients

(6)eggs

(1)8 oz. pkg. grated cheddar cheese

(1)8 oz. pkg. grated jack cheese

(1-1/2) cups Half & Half

Dash of salt and pepper

(3) tbsp. flour

(1) can tomato sauce

(2)4 oz. cans chile rellenos, whole or diced

Preparation

Beat eggs, add flour, salt and pepper; add Half & Half.

Layer egg mixture, chiles, sauce and then cheese (about 4 layers). Save some cheese for the top. Pour about half or so of the tomato sauce over the top.
