Ingredients
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp chile paste
1/8 tsp salt
1 8 oz package fresh sugar snap peas
Preparation
Combine water, ginger, chile paste, and salt in small bowl; stir with a whisk. Heat a large skillet over med high. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add peas and saute 1 min. Add water mixture to pan tossing to coat peas and cook 2 mins or until peas are crisp tender.
