Ingredients

1/3 cup soy sauce (good quality soy sauce)

1/2 c chicken broth

1 tblsp olive oil

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

2 whole dried chile peppers (cut in half)

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1 pound bonless skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

In medium glass dish combine all ingredients. mix well. Add chicken. Marinate up to 24 hours. Preheat grill to high heat & grill chicken until done.

Chefs Notes: high quality soy sauce makes all the difference. If can’t find good soy sauce use very low-sodium broth. Grilling is a must for this recipe. The taste is not the same when cooked on the stove top.
