Ingredients

2 small chicken breasts

2 small beef frying steak

2 cloves garlic

pasta/noodles

soy sauce

1 large onion red or white

1 red pepper

peas

cajan spice

salt

pepper

chilli powerer / or fresh chilli to taste

Of course veg is interchangeable dependant on what you have.

Preparation

cook past or noodle, I wont be explaining how! Griddle chicken and been with salt pepper and cajan for around 15 minutes or until cooked well.Meanwhile Heat sesame oil in pan and add garlic and chilli powder or fresh to taste. then add onion , then add red peeper and then peas, finally add soy sauce to taste 1-2 tbspoons, strir for a minutes before adding the cooked meal, sliced or diced as preferred and either add noodles/pasta or server on top.
