Ingredients
2 cans of Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large bunch of fresh spinach, or 1 bag of babay spinach, chopped
juice of 2-3 lemons
1/4-1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil (depending on your preference)
sea Salt to taste
Splash of redpepper flakes
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Make at least 2 hours ahead of time if you’d can to allow ingredients to meld, but it’s still delicious fresh out of the kitchen!
