Ingredients

1 can chickpeas

1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

2oz crumbled feta

2T fresh lemon juice

1T chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cucumber, quartered lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch pieces

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas, tomatoes, feta, lemon juice, parsley and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
