Ingredients
1 avocado diced
1 can chickpeas
3 Tbs cilantro
4 tsp lime juice
1 garlic clove
8 taco shells
2 cups salad greens
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation
Place avocado in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in chickpeas, cilantro, lime juice and garlic, season with S/P.
Fill each shell with chickpea mash, greens, salsa and sour cream.
