Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped.
1/2 cup chopped celery.
1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts, drained.
3/4 cup chopped walnuts.
Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream.*
may also add a jar of drained, marinated artichoke hearts
*low fat my be substituted.
Preparation
Add mayonnaise and sour cream by spoonfuls until desired creaminess is reached. All things chopped should be 1/2 pieces or smaller. After cooking according to methods below, cool chicken.
baked-forty minutes @ 375 or poached, broiled, or skillet browned approx. thirty minutes
Add all ingredients together, mix well. then chill for two to twenty four hours. Add salt & pepper to taste.
