Ingredients
1 small jar chipped beef
6 1/2 chicken breasts
6 partially-cooked bacon strips
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
Spread 1 sm. jar of chipped beef over bottom of deep pan. Wrap 6 chicken breasts in partially-cooked bacon strips. Place on top of chipped beef. Cover chicken with mixture of 1 can mushroom soup, 1 cup sour cream, and 1/4 c. cooking sherry.
Bake covered for 3 hours at 250.
