Ingredients

Chicken (skinless): Cut into 12 pieces

Yogurt: 150 gm

Minced Ginger & Garlic: 1 tsp

Onion puree:2 tsp

Cayenne: 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala powder/ Curry powder: 3 tsp

Edible food Coloring (Orange) : few drops

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt

Oil- 4 table spoons

Preparation

In a bowl mix all the ingredients and keep marinated for at least 3 hours. After the marination put this mixture in a wok on medium high and cook for 20 minutes, mixing the chicken occasionally. You would know that the chicken is done once the oil begins to separate. Serve hot with Indian bread or enjoy it by itself with some sliced onions and lemon juice.
