Ingredients
1 chicken, cut up in 8ths
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper, ginger, garlic powder
1/2 cup oil
1 pound mushrooms
2 onions, minced
sauce:
2 TBS soy sauce
1/2 cup wine
Preparation
Coat chicken in flour, and spices and place in pan with EVOO. Bake 30 minutes at 475 degrees. Saute mushrooms and onions and pour over chicken with 1/2 cup wine and cover and bake 325 for 20 minutes.
