Ingredients

4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

1 clove garlic (crushed)

basil leaves

tomatoe slices

feta cheese

2 T olive oil

sea salt (to taste)

fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Mix the crushed garlic and olive oil together. Cut a slit in the thick side of the chicken breast. Rub the oil and garlic all over and inside the chicken breast. Salt and pepper the chicken. Let sit approx. 30 minutes (In fridge). After the chicken has marinated, put two tomato slices, basil leaves and a sprinkle of feta cheese inside the chicken. Put toothpicks through the cut side of the chicken to hold it shut while grilling. Grill on a low to medium heat for approx. 10 minutes per side, or until done. Enjoy!!!!
