Ingredients
3 T. sun dried tomatoes in oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/4 dry white wine
1 t. italian seasonings
1/2 cup chopped brocolli
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 1/2 cups cooked penne pasta
1 T. chopped fresh basil
1 T. shredded fresh parmasean
1/2 t. crushed red chili peppers
Preparation
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. Saute until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chicken broth through italian seasonings. Bring to a boil, then turn down to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add brocolli, cover for 3 minutes or until brocolli is bright green. Add chicken and pasta, heat through.
Sprinkle with basil, cheese and crushed red peppers.
