Ingredients

4 (4 ounce) boneless,skinless chicken breast halves

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 1/4 cups water

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

1 (6 ounce) package corn bread stuffing mix

Preparation

  1. Place chicken in a greased slow cooker. Top with cream of chicken soup.
  2. In a bowl, combine the water, butter, and stuffing mix; spoon over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
  4. Spice to taste (e.g., seasoned salt)
