Ingredients

2Cloves crushed garlic

1 TBSP Soy Sauce

1 TBSP dry sherry

1 TBSP Cornstarch

1 TSP Hoisin Sauce

1 TBSP Olive Oil

1 Package of Snowpeas

1 Package of boneless chicken (cubed)

1/2 Cup of Chicken stock

salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Marinate your cubed chicken in the first 5 ingredients for 15 minutes.

Heal Olive Oil in skillet. Add snowpeas, then add chicken and cook it for 3 minutes on each side. Then add your stock. Cook until thickened and add salt and pepper.
