Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breasts

1/4 lb smoked ham

3 tbsp extra virgin oilve oil

1 clove garlic

3 tbsp water

Preparation

Cut each chicken breast in half. Place the chicken breasts in plastic bags and pound until a more even thickness. Thinly slice the ham. Place oil in saucepan and crush the garlic into the pan. Heat the oil and cook the chicken for a few minutes on a medium high flame until lightly browned. Add the ham and heat for an additional minute. Move the meat to a serving dish. Add the water to the contents of the pan and scrape the bottom well. Mix well over a low flame. Pour sauce over meat. Serve with pasta and a salad
