Ingredients

4 servings breaded Quorn imitation chicken

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup water

2 tbsp low-sodium Tamari

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

Preparation

Cook chicken according to directions; slice. Whisk together peanut butter, water, tamari, lime juice, brown sugar, and ginger until smooth. Serve with carrot slices and cucumbers, and prepared chicken.
