1 14 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES
3/4 CUP SLICED KALAMATA OLIVES
1/2 CUP RED WINE
2 TSP OREGANO
3/4 CUP FETA CHEESE
Preparation
SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER HEAT OIL IN SKILLET OVER MED/HIGH HEAT ADD CHICKEN AND SAUTE UNTIL BROWM. ABOUT 4 MINUTES PER SIDE TRANSFER TO PLATE
POUR OFF ALL BUT 2 TBS OF FAT. ADD ONION. SAUTE 3 MINUTES, ADD CHICKEN, TOMATOES, OLIVES,OREGANO, AND WINE. BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM LOW. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL CHICKEN IS TENDER. ABOUT 25 MINUTES. SPRINKLE WITH FETA. SERVE OVER ORZO. SERVES 6
