Ingredients
Chicken breast 500gr.
neutral cream 100ml
Chicken broth
Gorgonzola 50 gr.
Onion
Garlic
Parmesan 20gr.
Rosemary
Olive oil
Preparation
Fry the onions on olive oil in the heated pan. Add the finely diced garlic clove and add it to the onions. Add the diced chicken breasts and stir until finely golden brown. Add the broth and let it boil on a low heat for about 10 min, then add the neutral cream and boil for another 10 min. At the end add the rosemary, parmesan and the gorgonzola. Voila! Serve it with baked potatoes or any vegetables by your choice.
