Ingredients
4 chicken breasts with bone and skin
Bunch of parsley
1 stick of butter
8 to 12 cloves of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
Chop the parsley and garlic well, add salt and pepper. Stuff parsley and garlic under the skin of the chicken, but leave some for the sauce. Melt butter, add remaining parsley, garlic, and lemon juice to the melted butter.
Now pour the lemon butter sauce onto the chicken breasts. If there is extra, you can leave it to add after the chicken is done.
Bake the chicken at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
