Ingredients

3 chicken thighs OR

2 Chicken breasts

2 cloves garlic

1 tablesp oil

4 green shallots

1 small green capsicum

2 red chillies OR

1 tablesp sweet chilli

1 tablesp fish sauce

Small tin coconut milk

1 teasp Sugar

3/4 cup BASIL Leaves

Preparation

Cut Chicken into serving pieces then cook in oil. Add garlic, shallots, capsicum and stir for a couple of minutes then add remaining ingredients except for basil leaves. Stir, then add coconut cream and basil leaves let sit for one minute and then serve with steamed rice
