Ingredients

1 kilo chicken (chopped)

1 tbsp. Olive oil

4 cloves garlic (chopped)

1 cup white wine

2 cubes beef or chicken

boullion

1 cup beef broth (optional)

75 ml thick cream

2 tsp.Fresh chopped oregano

(dried ones taste good too)

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Method:

1.)Heat pan. Put olive oil and saute’ minced garlic. 2.)Add the chicken and saute’to sear in the meat. 3.)Pour white wine and add the 2 chicken cubes boullion. 4.)Let it boil until chicken becomes tender. 5.)When the chicken is tender, put the oregano. Stir and add the nestle cream. 6.)Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste. 7.)Remove from the heat and serve with salad.

Note: add 1/2 cup of beef broth if you want more sauce in this dish
