Ingredients
2 lemons
1 orange
1 grapefruit
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
small onion - minced
salt
pepper
boneless chicken
Preparation
To make the sauce, warm the zest of 1 lemon, plus the sections of the other lemon, orange, and grapefruit, in a pan. Add olive oil, thyme, garlic, onion, salt & pepper. Rub chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Broil or grill. Serve with the citrus sauce.
