Ingredients
1 cooked chicken, shred into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp olive oil
3/4 C chicken broth
1 can marinated artichoke hearts
1 C Spanish olives
2 T capers
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp oregano
2 T parsley
Spaghetti
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together, and simmer over low heat about 30 minutes. Serve over pasta.
