Ingredients
2.2 pounds chicken wings
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp steak seasoning
2-3 tbsp hot sauce
Preparation
- To the chicken wings add the hot sauce and the Stake Seasoning, let it marinate for a couple of hours or longer
- Add the remaining ingredients to the flour
- Heat enough oil to 325 F
- Coat the chicken wings with the flour mix and drop into the hot oil cook until the chicken is cooked (golden brown)
- In a wide pan add the Teriyaki Sauce (PLEASE LOOK FOR RECIPE IN MY POSTS) until you see small bubbles now add the wings and let them coat well
- Garnish with green onions and serve
- Alternately you can just dip the wings in the sauce
