Ingredients
2 tblsp Honey
2 tblsp Rice Vinegar
7 tblsp Soya sauce
30g butter
pinch chilli flakes
Thicken with Rue or cornflour
Preparation
Boil wings for 25 mins. Soak in cold water to cool. Dry and refridgerate.
Mix all ingredients for sauce together and boil for 5 mins. Thicken with rue.
Deep fry wings for 5 mins at 180. Then soak in sauce. yummy….
