Ingredients

3 cups water

14 oz can of low salt chicken broth

10 3/4 oz can of low fat, low salt cream of chicken soup

2/3 cup uncooked wild rice

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/4 tsp black pepper

3 cups/1 lb chicken/turkey chopped

2 cups shredded fresh spinach

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook for 7-8 hours on low or 3 1/2 - 4 hours on high. Add spinach last.
