cup cubed deli rotisserie chicken breast (from 3- to 3 1/2-lb chicken)

medium unpeeled apple, cubed (1 cup)

medium stalk celery, sliced (1/2 cup)

cup red seedless grapes, cut in half

cup slivered almonds, toasted*

tablespoons refrigerated coleslaw dressing

leaf lettuce leaves

tablespoon thinly sliced chives

Preparation

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except lettuce and chives.

Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 2 serving plates; spoon salad onto lettuce. Sprinkle with chives.
