Ingredients
3 cans chicken broth
1 can diced tom
2 carrots
2 onions
2 celery stalks
3/4 elbow mac
2 garlic cloves
1/2 lb chicken breast
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Bring broth and tomatoes to a boil. Add carrots, onions, celery, macaroni, garlic. Return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Stir occasionally, for 30 mins or until veggies are tender.
Increase heat to med/high, add chicken, parsley, salt and pepper. Return to boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cover until chicken is cooked thru about 10 mins.
