Ingredients
2 cups cooked & cubed chicken breast
1/2 iceberg lettuce head chopped
6 radishes sliced
6 scallions chopped
6 pieces cooked bacon chopped
2 plum tomatoes seeded and chopped
1 small or 1/2 large green or red pepper chopped
1 cup shredded mexican cheese (or monterey jack shredded)
5 tostados broken up into approx. 2" pieces
1/2 cup jalapeno ranch dressing
Preparation
Put all ingredients in bowl and toss, top with dressing, toss, and serve.
