Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves

2 15 oz cans black beans

2 15 oz cans stewed or diced tomatoes

1 cup prepared salsa

1 4 oz can chopped green chilies

1 14 oz can tomato sauce

1 cup frozen corn

tortilla chips

shredded cheese

lime wedges

fresh chopped cilantro

Preparation

Put chicken, beans, tomatoes, salsa, chilies, tomato sauce and corn in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken and return to pot. Serve with lime, chips, cheese, and cilantro as desired.
