Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless chicken cooked and shredded (Shred whole pre-cooked chicken)

1- 15 oz can whole tomatoes

1 can enchilada sauce

1 medium onion

1- 4 oz can shopped green chiles

1- 10 oz frozen corn

1 can chicken broth

1 clove garlic

2 cups water

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp salt

.25 tsp black pepper

1 bay leaf

1 tbsp dried chopped cilantro

Preparation

combine ingredients in slow cooker cook on low for 6-8 hours cook on high for 3-4 hours

Take our bay leaf when finished
