Ingredients
2-48oz. cans ofchicken broth
1-16oz.pkg. cheese tortellini (frozen) 1-6ozfreshorfrozen babyleafspinach chopped 1-small white onion chopped
3-celery chopped
4-carrot
chopped
1-cooked whole chicken skinned and debone or 1 5 lb. chicken thighs cooked and cut into smallpieces
4 to 5 pats butter
2 tablespoons olive oil salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
In a Largestockpot over medium heat, add olive oil,then onion,celery,carrots. Saute 3 minutes,add broth bring it to soft boil. add cooked chicken andtortellini, cook for 5 minutes,then add spinach and butter.the hole cooking time is 10 minutes.
