2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons paprika

1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon fenugreek (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

1 teaspoons salt, or to taste
