cup diced green bell pepper

cup diced cooked chicken breast

1/2

cup tikka masala sauce

                        can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust

Preparation

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

In 8-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add bell pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in chicken and sauce; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.

Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough to 14x11-inch rectangle; cut into 4 (7x5 1/2-inch) rectangles. Spoon about 1/3 cup filling onto half of each rectangle, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edge. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges firmly with fork to seal.

Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
