Ingredients
1/2 Cup butter
1/42cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cup chicken broth (or buillon)
2 cup half and half
4 Tbl white wine or sherry
16 oz spaghetti cooked and drained (cut spaghetti works well)
2-4 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie or precooked works well)
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings (with a wisk). Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in broth and half and half.. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in wine, spaghetti and chicken. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
