Ingredients
Sauce:
4 T mayonaise
2 1/2 T Dijon mustard
1/2 t Worchestershire sauce
1/4 t hot sauce
Marinade:
1/2 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 garlic cloves
1/4 t pepper
4 chicken breast without skin
10 scallions cut in 2 cm rounds
Preparation
Mix ingerdients for sauce and refrigerate.
Mix sherry, soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic and pepper.
Cut chicken in pieces and put in marinade for 2 hrs.
Heat grill and put chicken pieces in skewers alternating with scallions.
Grill 3 min on each side. Serve with sauce on the side.
