Ingredients

1-2 lb skirt or flank steak or chicken

1/4 C olive oil

1/4 C safflower oil

1 T chili powder

1 T ground cumin

1 T oregano

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

4-6 drops hot sauce

Preparation

Slice meat across the grain. Marinate several hours or overnight. Pan fry or grill.
