Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast, boneless
2 eggs
cornflakes
4 slices of swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
(if want fresh mushrooms)
sherry to taste
dill
salt pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven 450 broil
Beat eggs and marinate chicken in eggs for 1 hour (for better sticking)-
put can of soup (not diluted) in a pot with (fresh mushrooms) a splash of sherry, dill, salt, pepper heat enough to blend- cool
Roll chicken in corn flakes (bread crumbs will work) and saute in oil until browned. Place browned chicken pieces into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese and pour cream of mushroom mix over chicken. can freeze at this point Thaw before cooking
Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 minutes.
