Ingredients
1 pkg.Boneless breast of chicken (3 or 4 pieces) OR chicken thighs (with bone in).
1 can cream mushroom soup
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 cup long grain cooking rice (NOT minute rice)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
place chicken in baking dish.
mix soup, orange juice, sherry and rice in a bowl.
pour over chicken.
sprinkle dry soup mix over top.
cover dish tightly with foil.
Bake @ 350 for 1 and half hours.
