Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
3/4 cup white wine(blush)
1 8-10 oz jar spanish olives
1 8-10 oz can or jar button mushrooms
1 8 oz package spaghetti
Preparation
Saute onions in olive oil until transparent. Add chicken brown both sides till pink disapears on outside. Add all the rest of the ingredients except spaghetti and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hrs. Cook spaghetti in a separate pan, drain and add to sauce.
